See where experience takes you......

Back in 2013 when I was writing here, I was dazed, lost and misery. Wondering in the country that I have no background was not a cool and wonderful feeling. Gladly, I could say. I did it. However, I am never entitled.

Many thanks to this adventure and I really appreciate all the help everyone gave me. I am still not the social type but I did open myself a lot to embrace the world; however sometimes working on your own also contributes to inner growth. Also, looking for a path.

Now it is completely a new stage for me in my life. I am settled in this country. While working in a gold mining company, I also started a couple of side business. Maybe some more changes are awaiting around the corner and you never know what is gonna happen tomorrow, but I have no fear. Life is an adventure. We all get lost at most of the time. And we need changing. The change will show where we exactly belong to, who we exactly love and what exactly we are looking for. Graving does not help. We all need to look down and stand on our own feet to figure out what we want. Eventually, we will all find. The prep period is going to be longer than we expect. Never stop thinking but most importantly, never stop walking.

There was a scene that I could not forget while watching "This is US". Rebecca lost her third baby during delivery but Randall showed up even everyone calls him "Webster". "Sometimes, we have to take the sourest lemon that life has to offer, and turn it into something resembling lemonade." --Doctor K.

Life continues...

                                                                                                                                           2017 November

My name is Constance. I live in Toronto, Canada. I came to this country two years ago. Love this country although it is a little bit cold.

I always believe that experiences build a person`s value and life. I went to the Himalayas for trekking and hiking in April 2013. During the 15 days trip, I tried my best to hike the mountain with a simple bag. All the way along I have been meeting different people from the different cultural background. I conquered myself by perseverance. Global citizenship is a "must" skill while anyone study and work abroad. I like doing volunteer jobs to gain global experience. Following the "Me to We" organization, I volunteered in Ecuador Amazon to help local children and women building a new house: Chosa. Design and build "Free The Children" projects in Ecuador to work alongside community members on a community project. The Global Citizenship Equity Learning Experience project meets community needs by helping to build a school or other building project and volunteering on reforestation projects with local women’s groups.

Based on the two-year work experience at Lenovo, Beijing and another two-year study of global business at college, I am fully ready to step into the next stage of my career. As an operation specialist in Lenovo, I am familiar with operation management including entrepreneur culture building, resource management, employee training, human resources, administration, and proven skills in IT function for over two years. Soft skills taught me how to get well along with people and make everything smooth. I loved my job before because it taught me so much as my first job and make me feel clear about what to do when I went back to school and how to choose for my future career.

Project management is another area that I have the passion to explore. I am excellent in executing projects related to organizational culture and strategy and communicate effectively with customers or users by presenting solutions clearly. Possess two-year project and vendor management experience includes conducting and supporting Go-Live and release for Olympus I, Enhancement Release I, Victory Release, Athena Release etc.
